HVEN DAYTIME

HVEN Daytime hours have resumed.

The HVEN terrace is now open daily from 11:00 to 19:00, offering drinks and a selection of seasonal rare cheesecakes featuring fresh fruit sourced by Bonchi — a brand based in Yamanashi known for direct relationships with regional growers and an emphasis on peak-ripeness produce.

Each cheesecake is crafted in a bar form and made with raw fruit. Varieties include limited seasonal fruits such as summer strawberries, golden kiwis, figs, and more.

Available for takeaway only. Seating on the terrace is open to all.

HVENのテラスは毎日11:00〜19:00に営業中。ドリンクと共に、季節のレアチーズケーキを販売しています。使用する果実は、山梨県を拠点に完熟フルーツに特化したブランド「Bonchi」による厳選素材。産地との直接的なつながりを活かし、旬の果実を使用しています。

チーズケーキはすべてバータイプで、生のフルーツをそのまま閉じ込めたレシピ。

ラインナップには、夏いちご、キウイ、いちじくなど、季節限定のフレーバーも揃います。

すべてテイクアウトのみ。テラス席は自由にご利用いただけます。
