GENERAL INFORMATION :

• Concept : Art- and fashion-oriented music bar. Organizes fashion events and music events daily. エクスクルーシブでファッショナブルなミュージックバー。 ファッション系イベント、シークレットミュージックイベント などを企画。

• Opening Hours 営業時間 : 22:00 - 05:00

• The venue is available for private rental (partial or full). レンタル可能.

  (Events, Fashion Parties, Concerts イベント、ファッションパーティー、コンサートなど)

*The fee is negotiable depending on hours of use, staff, and catering options. 利用時間、スタッフ、ケータリングにより交渉可能。

*Hours of use can be negotiated. 利用時間に関しては相談可能。

*The fee is fixed regardless of party size. 少数団体の場合でも利用金額変動致しません。

*Lighting and sound system are fully customizable. ライティング、サウンドシステムはカスタマイズ可能。

PARTIAL RENTAL 会場一部の使用 :

• rental fees for partial usage of the venue (music area, lounge only etc)

• WEEK DAYS 平日 (mon - fri) 1h　¥35,000~

• WEEKENDS (sat - sun) & holidays 週末と祝日 1h　¥50,000~

FULL RENTAL 全館レンタル :

• Full rental plan (privatization of the whole venue for promotion and closed events)

  全館レンタルプラン(プロモーションやクローズドイベントでの会場貸切)

• 6 hours (6時間) : ¥500,000*

• 12 hours (12時間) : ¥800,000*

• SALES OF GOODS 物販について :

A fee of ¥30,000 per stall will be charged, depending on the nature of the goods sold. Please consult with us if you wish to have sampling by sponsoring manufacturers.

物販内容によりますが一店舗につき¥30,000出店料を頂戴いたします。 尚、メーカーによる協賛サンプリングなどを行う場合は必ずご相談ください。

• PHOTO and VIDEO RECORDING 撮影や映像収録などにおいて :

There are no restrictions on recording, but credits or a certain amount of sales commission might be charged for broadcast or manufacturer material for sales purposes. Please consult with us.

パーティ模様を記録する場合特に規制は設けておりませんが、放送局やメーカー資料を目的としたり販売目的の収録は販売手数料を一定金額収めて頂きます。 必ずご相談ください。

• CATERING ケータリング :

Catering is available upon request. オプションにてケータリングメニューのオーダーも可能です。

All you can drink plans available upon request (alcoholic and soft beverages). 飲み放題もご希望に応じてご用意可能です(アルコールドリンクやソフトドリンクをご用意しております)。

• RENTAL OUTSIDE BUSINESS HOURS レンタル使用における準備／撤収時間について(時間延長) :

business hours : 11:00 am - 05:00 am

For rentals outside of business hours (05:00 am - 11:00 a.m.), 20% additional charge will be added to the regular rental price.

営業時間: 午前11 時~午前5時

営業時間以外（5時〜11時）のご利用は通常価格の20％増ご使用料

• PAYMENT INFORMATION :

An invoice will be emailed to you in due course regarding your payment.

ご精算に関しては、後日に請求書をメールでお送りさせていただきます。

• APPLICATION PROCESS 申し込み手続きに関して :

After you have completed the registration and booking via the enquiry form, we will secure a date for the event. A meeting will be arranged prior to the event, a pre-event inspection will be carried out and a memorandum will be filled in to complete the application process. An invoice will be emailed to you after the event is completed. ( Please allow a period of three weeks from application to implementation).

問い合わせフォームでお申し込み予約完了後に日程確保を致します。 イベント前に打ち合わせ日程を設定し下見を行い、覚書を記入して頂いてから、 申込み手続き完了となります。 イベント完了後に、請求書をメールでお送りさせていただきます。 (原則として申込みから実施まで3週間、期間を設けてください)。
