WOMEN AT THE TABLE

As a venue with a predominantly female programming team, creating spaces where women across Tokyo's music industry can meet, exchange ideas, and build meaningful relationships feels really important to us.

The evening is intended as an intimate dinner around a shared table, bringing together women from music, nightlife, art, fashion, media, design and creative business.

The evening begins with a seasonal three-course dinner prepared by guest chef Mars, whose cooking is rooted in memories of childhood, years working across Korea, London, Chicago and Tokyo, and the simple philosophy that life's best moments happen around the table.

Each course will be paired with wines from Mouton Cadet's Fresh Collection: a bright, organic and vegan-certified summer selection.

Additional drinks will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

Following dinner, we'll open the space to a wider community gathering, with music, drinks and more women joining the evening.

HVENでは、女性を中心としたプログラミングチームが企画・運営を行っており、東京の音楽業界で活躍する女性たちが出会い、アイデアを交換し、新たなつながりを育む場をつくることを大切にしています。

今回のディナーは、音楽、ナイトライフ、アート、ファッション、メディア、デザイン、クリエイティブビジネスなど、さまざまな分野で活動する女性たちが、一つのテーブルを囲みながらゆっくりと交流を楽しむための特別なひとときです。

お料理は、韓国・ロンドン・シカゴ・東京で経験を積み、「人生で最も豊かな時間は、誰かとテーブルを囲む時間」という哲学を大切に活動するゲストシェフ Mars が、この日のためだけに考案した季節の3コースをご用意します。

各コースには、Mouton Cadet Fresh Collection より、オーガニック・ヴィーガン認証を取得した爽やかな夏のワインをペアリングしてお楽しみいただきます。
