Job Description / 業務内容

• Drink preparation and service at the bar counter

• Customer service and hospitality

• Setup and cleanup before and after events

• Support for events and artists when necessary

• バーカウンターでのドリンク作成・提供

• お客様への接客・ホスピタリティ対応

• イベント前後の設営・片付け

• イベントや出演者のサポート業務（必要に応じて）

Requirements / 応募条件

• Experience in bar or restaurant preferred (but not required)

• Basic knowledge of cocktails or willingness to learn

• Enjoys nightlife, music, and working with people

• Communicates well in Japanese or English (both is a plus)

• Must be at least 20 years old

• バーまたは飲食店での勤務経験があれば尚可（未経験も歓迎）

• カクテルの基礎知識、または学ぶ意欲のある方

• 音楽や人と関わることが好きな方

• 日本語または英語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方（両方できる方は歓迎）

• 20歳以上であること

Working Conditions / 勤務条件

• Shift-based (mainly evenings and nights)

• Transportation allowance (up to a set limit)

• Table service and floor operations

• Customer service and seating guidance

• Preparing the space before events and cleaning afterward

• Coordination with bar and kitchen staff during service

• イベント時のテーブルサービス・フロア対応

• お客様のご案内・接客対応

• イベント前後の会場準備・片付け

• バー・キッチンスタッフとの連携業務

Requirements / 応募条件:

• Experience in café, restaurant, or bar preferred (not required)

• Enjoys interacting with guests and offering hospitality

• Able to handle busy environments calmly

• Communicates well in Japanese or English (both is a plus)

• カフェ・レストラン・バーでの勤務経験があれば尚可（未経験歓迎）

• 接客が好きで、ホスピタリティのある方

• 繁忙時でも落ち着いて対応できる方

• 日本語または英語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方（両方できる方歓迎）

Job Description / 業務内容:

• Preparation and cooking of bar food menu

• Managing food quality, plating, and timely service

• Inventory management (ingredients, supplies, restocking)

• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Coordinating with bartenders and hall staff during service

• バーフードメニューの仕込み・調理

• 料理の品質管理、盛り付け、タイムリーな提供

• 食材・備品の在庫管理および補充

• キッチン内の衛生管理・清掃

• バー/ホールスタッフとの連携業務

Requirements / 応募条件:

• Kitchen experience required (restaurant, bar, izakaya, café, etc.)

• Ability to cook basic dishes and follow recipes

• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Communicates well in Japanese or English

• キッチン経験必須（レストラン・バー・居酒屋・カフェなど）

• 基本的な調理技術とレシピに沿った調理ができる方
