This intimate conversation will bring together Fanghaenel, Tokyo-born cultural connector and “Techno Ambassador” Toby Izui, and Japanese electronic music artists and producers Sakura Tsuruta and Lisa Mizuno.

The discussion will explore the cultures, communities and places that have shaped two influential electronic music scenes, as well as the ways in which techno and nightlife can create spaces for freedom, self-expression and community.
