The HVEN café is open daily, offering BONCHI products for both dine-in and takeaway. Terrace seating is open to all, while the indoor shared workspace can also be used to enjoy your purchase.*

BONCHI, based in Yamanashi, is known for its close relationships with regional growers and focus on peak-ripeness produce. Their seasonal rare cheesecakes are crafted in bar form with fresh fruit, featuring limited flavors such as summer strawberries, golden kiwis, and figs.

山梨を拠点とするBONCHIは、地域の生産者との密接な関係と、完熟フルーツを用いた旬の素材にこだわった製品で知られています。
季節限定のレアチーズケーキはバータイプで、夏いちご、ゴールデンキウイ、いちじくなどのフレーバーが揃います。
